When the cook time ends, turn the pressure cooker off and use a natural pressure release for 7 minutes, followed by a quick pressure release. Once your rice is cooked stir in some scrambled egg, soy sauce, peas and carrots and sesame oil. Select high pressure and 3 minutes cook time. Choose whatever kind of rice you like best and cook according to the directions in the green chart. Fried rice comes together very quickly and is mostly hands off thanks to the Instant Pot.
